At Wander West Co we want you to be obsessed with your items. We offer a return for STORE CREDIT if you are not happy with your purchase for 14 days after receipt of your items. After 14 days, unfortunately, we do not offer store credit for items purchased.

To be eligible for store credit, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received them. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. All custom order items are FINAL SALE. 

All sale items are FINAL SALE. 

All items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in original condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of all returned items. 

At Wander West Co we acknowledge that ordering custom pieces can be tricky at times. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide proper measurements for items ordered. There are NO REFUNDS/STORE CREDITS on custom orders. If a custom item is not thought to be satisfactory, contact Wander West Co at wander.west@yahoo.com or on Contact Page. At Wander West Co we will try our best to accommodate reasonable solutions for dissatisfaction.  

Life can get busy and the unexpected can happen. Please allow up to 72hrs for respoces to emails.
